The number plates are made for anyone, there was a little shop on the side of the road that my driver spotted. Apparently there are lots of them around Mengwi, just ask your driver. I paid Rp25,000 for one and it took 15-20 mins.
There are still road works around Garlic Lane but the traffic is getting through OK. The street infront of Garden View is now two way which is a lot of fun around Bamboo corner, also the road between the hotels and the beach is two way. But having said that to get to Melasti Beach we had to go to 66 rd. and come in through the back street. Why? 'cos its Bali!
