I certainly wasn't implying you'd suggest any random kid on the beach. I was simply saying that there's no way my friend would let her kid learn to surf with anyone but a reputable proper surf school that runs a kids class.
I know the surf schools are run by locals, I've done some research on what's available. I just wanted to hear anyone's experiences using the proper surf schools.
I'm not here to debate the merits of school vs individual. Just asking for experiences of using the kids' classes at the actual surf schools.
