weather + accom

Hi everyone, this is my first time on this forum but i have been reading everyones messages for the last couple of months so decided to rregister. Now my question is;

My mum and I are planning a mother and daughter trip to Bali (our 1st time) we are thinking about going March 2008 but wondering about the weather. We understand that it is hot in Bali but how hot in March.
Secondly my mum and I dont mind a bit of fun so we are thinking about The Bounty Hotel, but is it true that the hotel mainly attracts really young drunken fools. Or maybe anyone might have a better suggestion.
