when we were in Bali 18 months ago we met a family from melbourne that we stay in touch with and they had just come from Phuket to Bali.
I am not sure whom they flew with but they came from Phuket to Bali and then after a week back, to melbourne.
Google your airlines to see who does the flight...asia, Tiger,Thai,Qantas etc
