debilitating enough to put me out of action, but yes know the feeling of being near the western toilet, I literally run into the cafes and hope & pray the toilet is vacant... LAst year did another thing though, Drank Yakult every day, so just got the upset tummy slightly, but not sick...Thinkk for me its the different Oil, change of Foods and of course the Beer... Even when I go to New Zealand I get an upset tummy from the Beer, malt hops etc.... Nessie
