I got diarrohea the first afternoon I was in Bali and continued on and off for the whole time I was there (4 weeks). Not bad enough for doctor but bad enough I needed to be near a western toilet. I also came back with a cold, that was bad enough for a doctor. Still have a bit of a cough.
