We are staying at the Jayakarta residence in a 3 bedroom apartment, it has been newly purchased and renovated. Has a kitchen (that I don't intend to use) but has a larger fridge than standard mini bar fridge so you can stock up on the Bintang and soft drink for the kids. Dining room, loungeroom, ensuite to main. The lounge room looks like it has a wrap around verandah and 2 of the bedrooms also have balconies. It is supposed to have sea views and the jayakarta is on the beach. The apartment is $150 p/n which I think is great value for a family considering you usually have to get 2 rooms.
