Fights held in Indonesia can be seen on RCTI and also Indosair, but not sure about fights from US. I asked one of the boxers today in Bali and they said if you can get Indovision (is this same as cable?) you will see it about 8.30 a.m. in morning live.
Most cafes and bars, I think it is Stadium cafe which is next to Nike shop (is Jl Kartika?) just around corner from Ramayana Hotel will have it for sure.
