at any of the cushion shops. Just choose your fabric and they'll make it. Their sizes seem on the large size. Best to measure the doona and take measurements with you. I recently bought a ready made queen size cover that is probably around 40cm too wide and long (think they make them around 260cm instead of 210-220. You can also buy lovely linen upstairs at Centro in Discovery Mall (just like shopping at Myers)
