the beach area. They are up past the Tragia on the main road. You will have to ask a local or hotel staff for directions and times.
You will be best to go to the Bualu markets (at the gates) and ask someone to get you the petals.
Or ask one of your hotel staff. They will gladly do this for you and you can give them a small tip.
The supermarket on Pantai Mengiat are owned by lovely people, and anything I asked for they would have for me the next day, so you could try them as well.
Alternatively, drop into a spa - there are a few on Jalan Pratama - and ask if they would sell some to you.
