I think that 4 million rupiah would be more than enough. An executive secretary in a 5 star hotel gets 5.5 million a month as wages (example my best friend)
However just maybe if he wants to take two weeks off work, and his boss is short of drivers, he might even lose his job over it. It happens alot in Indonesia. Because they only get 12 annual leave days a year.
