Yes, there is money change at the airport. If you have transfers as part of a package I wouldn't bother. I know it is only a few cents (at times) but you are best changing money after you have checked in. There are money changers all through the tourist areas. The majority opinion on this forum is to use the Kodak shops (for honesty). I did read an article in the Bali Advertiser that thay had cracked down on unlicensed money changers.
Like everything when travelling "buyer beware" and you are buying. I only change money in $100 lots, its easier to work out the zeros.
