The only time a seat shouldn't be reclined is during meals, and hosties should ask the meal time offender to move to the correct position when meals are handed out. The rest of the time it's OK. One pays for that bit of space which includes a seat that is designed to recline. It's all about comfort, and I think everybody should do it.
