I have to agree, Nicki is fantastic.
I am located in Melbourne and organising (slowly) a group booking through Nicki. I have travelled numerous times to Bali. Previously I would use another agent, or book direct. I would highly recommend Nicki. She is extremly helpful and easy to deal with.
