after all food etc been served there is no problem but I am a seat knocker if someone fully reclines immediately the plane is airborne. It is my pet flying hate and the reason we do business class for long haul :)
I understand completely people needing a kip on a late flight but during the day I think it rude and inconsiderate to fully recline.People will still do it because they really don't have manners or consider their fellow passengers.
If the seats are fully reclined leaving your seat is very difficult especially for the window person.
