Economy seats do not really recline a lot, at least not until it is on the lap of the person behind you unless that person is fat and has a huge "lap" all the way to the knees, like a balloon.
Some people have these "balloons", unfortunately. Obesity is not always a disease and can thus be cured easily, making life comfortable for everyone, even for the balloonist.
My back (not the seat one) cannot sit straight up for longer times so perhaps the pillow fighters, backseat kickers et all would show some consideration themselves? It is so much easier to sleep if not angry.
