Not sure what expereince you are after:
Our preference is Contiki but is for the young without being loud and yobbie ville. It is modern, great facilities, good nightly entertainment and good value. (USd44 per room)
Others ideas:
Sienna Villas in Seminyak to relax
Sofitel - bit expensive for drinks etc, but beach rooms are nice
All seasons legian - nice rooms, pool cold hard to get a pool chair, staff ...ok, good value
Mecure in Sanur, bit more expensive, nice and quite and good for family (not us)
