off the rate. This used to be 50% off the rack racte but who ever pays that anyway? They now advertise I think 10-15 % off the cheapest available rate to the public. If staying for a few nights is probably worth it, but the rate then does not include breakfats. Do your sums if considering an Accor Hotel (Mecure, All Seasons, Sofitel etc)
