I think Jan also recently mentioned this, but the salon is Celebes as in the former name for Sulawesi, rather than Celebs - famous people!
If someone was to search on 'Celebes' - think of all the info they are missing out on because people are constantly calling the salon "Celebs". Locals will also know what you're on about if you pronounce it the correct way.
Either way, I agree - Poppy is great!
