Sate Sauce

Going to Bali in 3 weeks. Will be staying at Beach Melati Apartments for most of the time. I don't really want to do a cooking course but would love to know how to make the Sate sauce that they make over there. Do you think any of the restaurants/cafes would be willing to show me how?
