How can it only be an hour or so when you fly out of Perth at 7.30am and don't arrive in Bali till the afternoon? Coming home you leave Bali around 3pm and don't arrive back in Perth until close to midnight. How does this compare to 3 hrs 20mins???
You can buy duty free on arrival in Bali just before customs. I would suggest you check with Skywest for their rules re duty free bought at Ngurah Rai airport.
