Back from the coal face LoL. The error occurred because the first person clicked into 'longhaul' and they are more expensive (It shows longhaul on my itinerary) The Jetstar lady said as far as she knew it takes 8 to 10 weeks for money to be reimbursed. The reason why I was told 10 days is because they have marked it 'fast tracked'... so we will see !
Ting how come you got overcharged?
