Alternatives to Bali Hai? Help

As Bali Hai seems to be closing and we are booked for June/July,can any of you wonderful formum users offer advice on an alternative. We are family of 4 (children 4 & 7) want kid/parent friendly resort, largish rooms with all of us in like kiddies suite, kids club great pool on or next to beach must be Kuta, tuban, legian. Not just Dynasty! Also traveling with several other families making a party of 15. Thanks.
