Then why was I charged for non C'wealth

I was charged $1.80 for using a non C'wealth ATM by the C'wealth. The charge is in my transaction statement. Also, the guy at the C'wealth explained that the $5 fee from the non C'wealth ATM was included in my withdrawal amount and not separately itemised.

Don't know where the $5.80 foreign exchange charge is tho'. It took quite a while just to get the info that I did from the C'wealth
