would be the ideal place to buy duty free as there is no check as far as we could see. You are in transit so basically you are no where. If you are after some bargains the duty free was so cheap compared to Adelaide Airport. I bought duty free on the way through while we were in transit and there was definately no check. You may as well make your wife aware that the makeup in Singapore is about 1/2 the price as is David Jones or Myer also, so if she needs it buy it in transit in Singapore.
