and there is little difference in price when you factor in all the airport charges for Australia (not to mention all the fricken hassle or long waiti8ng times and crapping flight times) so we chose to go Singapore Airlines direct to Singapore through the night (think sleep LOL), 3 hours in Singapore then 2.5 hrs to Bali just in time for luch :-)
On the way home we leave Bali at Lunchtime, 6 hour stop over for shopping in Singapore and then a night flight back home.
I am actually looking forward to the flight this time... I HATED the Garuda- bris- auckland flights cause you never got any decent sleep and too many idiots getting drunk on the way over there and then you get to Bali near midnight and it's time for bed!
