Have flown with Jetstar twice now and each time no major problems - touch wood. They got me there and home safe and sound and that's all I ask. This time they didnt charge for a little bit of excess on the return which was nice.
The only irritant was a passenger being cranky he hadnt got any water five minutes into the flight! He swore he would not fly Jetstar, or Qantas, again which is good as I wont come across him in the future. He was even writing it all in his little notepad - I nearly asked if he was making notes to pass onto Dennisc - LOL!
