How can you ever be bored in Bali. You make your own fun. PLus of Bounty is there will probably be many people your age to have fun with and perhaps not at Puri Raja.
Its a decent walk into nightlife of Kuta but no where is that far when taxis are so cheap. There is also plenty of places in Legian for nightlife but no nightclubs!!
Its probably a short walk about 5 minutes to beach from Bounty if you can get past the shops without stopping.
Can't comment on Bounty rooms but Puri Raja rooms are great. Good luck choosing.
