We did the VOA-VIP the year VOA was introduced.
Waste of Money & Time.
Plane was 15 mins early and the only arrival.
When we reached the booths (remember early days)the meeter was not there.
We were first off the plane and had great difficulty explaining why we were not heading to the booths to pay VOA.
By the time our meeter turned up and disappeared with our passport etc.and the papers were processed the luggage had arrived and most people had departed.
