We stayed there recently and Mida (Meda? Bali based travel agent) was easily the best price, got us a room when we were told there were none and will organise a driver to pick you up from the airport for 65,000. This is about 15000 more then you can get it for if you hassle hard but in my opinion its worth the $2 to have someone waiting with a nice car. If you search the forum you will find her details. Cant recomend her enough and her laugh is something else all together :)
