Bali Hotel Accommodation Question

I will be traveling to Bali in May and need to make hotel accommodations. I will be traveling with my girlfriend and another friend. I am considering the following hotels: Puri Raja, Bounty, or All Seasons. Can someone please tell me what they would recommend. Please tell me if one is better than the other and why.
