charging cameras ,mobile phones i presume you mean electric power if so you will need an adapter plug can be purchased from most good bag stores or duty free at airport just tell them where your going and they will sell you the right plug approx $10.00.
as for your other question raspberry syrup the one you buy at supermarket to mix with water helps tummy adapt.
