We are going from Phuket to Bali in June this way:
Phuket to Singapore (Jetstar Asia 1hr40mins)
Overnight in Singapore
Singapore to Denpasar (Qantas 2hrs30mins)
There are a few different options but for us that worked out best but try airasia/jetstarasia/thai airways and i'm sure their are a few more and then work out the cheapest or best route for you.
