We have found it depends on what sort of holiday you are looking for. We stay at Bali Hai which has same rooms as Dynasty but hotel is much quieter, is on the beach so the kids can play either on the beach or in pool, and has the added advantage of having a divine spa! We had friends who stayed at Dynasty while we were there and we found it to be quite hectic and very crowded.
If you are very social and enjoy the company of other Aussies, Dynasty is great the the kids pool has a fantastic slide.
The activities of the Dynasty kids club are a bit better than Bali Hai for older kids.
Our son is 9 this year and we are back to Bali Hai in June. Can't wait!
