new resort next to ubud village hotel

Hi guys i have read some comments on ubud village resort (the fancy one) and a few people mention "the new hotel right next door to the original ubud village hotel. Can anyone tell me the name of this 'new hotel' and when it opened.also is the ubud resort as good as it looks? thanks so much
