If you're only staying a few days, then it's unlikely that you'll spend US$40 on water - even if you're prissy enough to insist on Evian over any other brand (you will pay more because it's imported).

Save your filter - it won't work on Bali water anyway, unless it's something special above and beyond a regular water filter. But for the cost of water in Bali, you won't save anything by using your filter anyway.
