courtesy buses

we are flying ex Gold Coast on Jetstar to connect to Jetstar to Denpasar in September.

Because we havent booked a direct trip - eg: Gold Coast - DPS will we still be able to use the courtesy buses?? will we have to pay or ???

any info would be appreciated
