through a travel agent or over the net. This happened to me when i took demi, my daughter who has had a liver transplant. So all rooms must be really clean. It was in Ubud, booked off the net. I should have realised something was a miss when i rang and no one could speak english. The photo's were about 15 years old when it was new lol.Anyway i didnt even let demi sit on the bed which came with your own dogs lol, off we trotted, back to ubud village hotel for my spotless villa.
