I have a gut (big) feeling that Tiger may be the way to go with all our "appeals" for an alternative airline. I get the feeling that Virgin do not consider it a priority.

I know Tiger are a "true" low cost airline but that doesn't bother me. You can pay for your seat allocation/extra baggage/sports gear etc etc and still be half the cost of most other airlines. For example, my daughter and myself can fly Perth - Singapore for less than one can fly with Qantas (on sale!!!)

They use modern comfortable planes and are very very aggresive when they see an opportunity.

They are constantly bringing on new destinations (I subscribe to their newsletter)

Yes, they are being wooed by several airports on the Eastern seaboard but they DO NOT fly to Bali. Does anyone have any idea why? Is there a problem with new airlines getting access? (I see Qatar are starting soon)

Any input appreciated
