V.O.A. - Help???

Further to my post regarding the USD$25 and how to pay it - I was just wondering - do you have to line up in another seperate queue to exchange Australian dollars/credit card or can you stay in the same queue to pay the VOA as you would if you had US dollars??? I don't want to be lining up in a seperate queue to exchange money and then have to get back in line to pay the VOA. Is the quickest way to pay is getting USD before you leave?
