Hard one with teenagers,some are careful with money and some not. I think that the money belts are a good idea too when actually travelling, with required amount of cash. But once in Bali, its probably too hot and uncomfortable getting around with their money belts on. Atm's can be abit expensive, but if they draw out a largish amount, and keep the balance of that in the hotel safes. Also, with the Atms they wont have to be diligent with money changers, and possibly lose money that way.
