Hotel for Amed, Bali

Hi,
We are trying to choose a hotel in the Amed area of Eastern Bali. Considering Blue Moon Villas, Anda Amed, Bayu Cottages or Santai. Does anyone have any advice on which would be best? Looking for someplace quiet, within walking distance of restaurants (or have a good restaurant on site) and ideally with beach access for snorkeling. Our price range is under $100 US.
