i think most tailors in Bali would copy a dress for about $20 at the most if you have provided the material. are you also taking pictures of the dress or a pattern?
hard question cos its a bit like how long would a piece of string be....
I wouldnt pay more than that and I am sure you will be able to get it done for a lot less.
shoes are a bit different cos it will depend on the material you want them made from, ie, do you want leather, if so what type, do you want material, vinyl, etc etc but it will be heaps less than you would pay in oz for comparable work.
