We used the Premier Lounge for the first time last month and it made such a difference to what is usually a rotten time ie feeling sad about leaving Bali etc. It's on the second floor not far from the Jetstar checkin desk - just ask anyone and they should be able to direct you.
Jetstar check in is 3 hours prior to departure, but there's usually a queue of people waiting even then!
Once you've checked in, just go to the lounge and pay 100,000RP per person (it was the same amount for our 11 yo daughter as for us). It's a lovely area, decked out in tasteful furniture, lounges, chairs etc. There is a shower in male and female toilet. You have access to food, drinks, internet, magazines etc. There's an outdoor area for smokers which overlooks the runway.
We thought it was well worth it and will do it again.
You go through customs after you've checked in at the Jestar desks.
Most Jetstar flights seem to be delayed on average 30 - 40 mins.
You won't receive a reminder call or anything so keep an eye on time.
