we set a date, then when the date came, we no longer smoked.
it is hard, and I really miss smoking, enjoyed it and yes I know all the risks, but determination gets us both thru.
comes down to what you really want i guess, and we just couldnt afford to still smoke and live the lifestyle we want.
are you trying to give up smoking? my partner used patches, they gave him some relief I think?
