My lady friend and I have had ballroom dancing shoes made at Dolphin Leather in Jl Sahadewa, not far from Jl Melasti. We originally went there on the advice of friends who are also ballroom dancers. Other friends have since followed our advice and are so pleased that they will be getting some more made when they are in Bali in July.
If you have any favourites, take them with you and they will copy. They will probably assume that your feet are swollen with the heat and, as a consequence, may make the shoes a bit tight. If this is not the case, insist that the shoes be made a sufficiently easy fit. I had to do this for myself. You may be able to get some colours you haven't had before.
