Antibiotics

My wife suffers from sinus about 2 or 3 times a year and requires a visit to the Doctor to get a script for (Ceclor).
To save time and hopefully money we thought we may be able to get it over the counter in Bali thus cutting out the visit to the doctor in the future.
So does anybody know if you can buy ceclor very easy in Bali??
