Thanks for the post...yes it is very frustrating and the fact that we have paid and booked makes it more so as now we can't even change to a different hotel. My fault I guess though as for some reason didn't even think about it being a problem when I booked and thought that their would be plenty of interconnecting rooms. I will take your advice and call them directly and see if this helps the situation. Thanks again and have a fabulous time at the Kumala Pantai we are counting down the days till June when we are back in beautiful bali : )
