Gday Tubs - I called Jetstar yesterday to simply purchase a video on demand (my wife and daughter had it but I didnt as I had booked the flight over on QFF points) The Jeststar phone rep checked and told me that there was no further video on demand availabe on the aircraft.
I questioned if it was available to every seat? She said no there is a certain limit of avaialability on each aircraft and she didnt know why?
I am going to call again today and try the old second time round different operator thing to see if I get it - I'll let you know.
