As chickchilli said it is all closed up during the day and yes it is in Garlic lane opposite and the otherside of the road to circle K about 4 shops up from the cornor of Garlic lane and Jalan Padma next to the internet cafe and the enterance to Joni's 2 hotel. Hope this of help
